12th National Youth Congress

Four Grade 10 students have been accepted as delegates to the 12th National Youth Congress to be held in UP Diliman this November. The delegates are Kathleen Arzadon, Luis Esguerra, Yolicia Reyes, and Mary Shay Robles. The VPS delegates will participate in various events, like the model congress, inkonomics and quiz bee. The NYC is a project of the UP Economic Society and the UP College of Economics.
