Admission Guidelines

All children and young adults wishing to receive quality Catholic education and willing to be formed and developed into Christ-like individuals are welcome to enrol at Veritas Catholic School. While it is preferred that new enrollees are baptized into the Catholic faith, the school welcomes applicants from the different Christian denominations, as long as they are willing to participate in all Catholic rites, functions and activities in school.

ENTRY LEVEL AGE REQUIREMENT
Nursery Enrollees must at least be 4 years old on or before October 30 of the current school year
Kindergarten Education (KE) is the first stage of compulsory and mandatory formal education for children at least five (5) years old on or before October 30 of the current school year (S.Y. 2021 – 2022) as prerequisite for Grade One.

(Omnibus Policy on Kindergarten Education; DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016, Section 6, IRR of RA 10533).

ONLINE REGISTRATION

The school is accepting ONLINE REGISTRATION. Please follow the steps below.

Student Enrollment

1. Fill out the registration form per child by clicking this link accomplishing and submitting the form once filled up. Once received, it will be acknowledged by the the registrar through your provided email address.

2. Once the registration form is submitted and acknowledged by the registrar, the finance office will provide you the payment scheme assessment form sent through your email. Kindly acknowledge the email received as this will be considered as your child’s mode of payment.

3. Pay the school fees according to your mode of payment sent by the Finance Office . Deposit your payment to :

4.Once payment has been made, kindly scan or take a picture/ screenshot of the confirmed transaction deposit slip then email it to vps.financedept@veritasschool.edu.ph with this format- Payment deposit for name of student and grade level.

5. Once we have received your email, we will acknowledge it and you may get the official receipt at the finance office during office hours.

6. The Finance will coordinate and inform the Registrar’s Office of the student’s Enrolled status to ensure the child’s name in the official list of enrollees for the school year 2022 – 2023

ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS

For New Students who want to enroll for SY 2022- 2023, NO ENTRANCE TEST NEEDED.

The following requirements are needed to submit at the Registrar’s Office, send an email scan/ take a picture/ screenshot of Original Report Card, Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate and 1 x 1 ID Picture.

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL SUBSIDY FROM THE FUND FOR ASSISTANCE TO PRIVATE EDUCATION (FAPE)

Beginning 7th grade, parents may apply for subsidy given by the government’s Fund For Assistance To Private Education (FAPE). Requirements can be procured from the Registrar’s Office.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL VOUCHERS FROM THE PHILIPPINE EDUCATION ASSISTANCE COMMITTEE (PEAC)
