ADMISSION GUIDELINES

All children and young adults wishing to receive quality Catholic education and willing to be formed and developed into Christ-like individuals are welcome to enroll at Veritas Catholic School. While it is preferred that new enrollees are baptized into the Catholic faith, the school welcomes applicants from the different Christian denominations, as long as they are willing to participate in all Catholic rites, functions and activities in school.

ENTRY LEVEL AGE REQUIREMENT:

Toddler Enrollees must at least be 3 years old on or before August 30 of the current school year



Nursery Enrollees must at least be 4 years old on or before August 30 of the current school year



Kindergarten Education (KE) is the first stage of compulsory and mandatory formal education for children at least five (5) years old on or before August 30 of the current school year (S.Y. 2023 – 2024) as prerequisite for Grade One.



(Omnibus Policy on Kindergarten Education; DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2018, Section 6, IRR of RA 10533).

For New Students

The school is now accepting ONLINE REGISTRATION.  Please follow the steps below.

  1. Click ONLINE REGISTRATION link.

  2. Accomplish completely the form and then click submit. Upon completely filling out the new student admission form, you will receive an SMS and email coming from OrangeApps indicating your child’s username and password

  3. The school will get in touch with you regarding your diagnostic exam and interview schedule. Please note that no diagnostic exam will be given until PSA birth certificate and latest report card have been presented.

  4. Upon receiving confirmation of your scheduled assessment and interview, pay the testing fee of P300 on or before the day of your child’s scheduled assessment date at the cashier window. 

  5. After taking the diagnostic test, the interview will follow.

  1. You may use this username and password to login to your OrangeApps account where you can reserve a slot for your child or enroll them for SY 2025-2026.

  2. Pay upon enrollment via bank transfer or in the VCS cashier’s office

  3. For online payments, upload proof of payment on the orange apps account via the following steps: Access website > click portal > click student > login using your account > click tuition > upload proof of payment

  5. Wait for the SMS/email from OrangeApps confirmation or you may log in to your orange apps account and check your enrollment status for updates. You may do so by following the instructions: Access the website > click portal > click student > login using your account > check your enrollment status.
